If casino gambling is becoming a concern for you, perhaps it’s time to take a break. For this reason, the Casinos of Winnipeg offer a Voluntary Exclusion Program. Customers can exclude themselves from the Casinos of Winnipeg for two years. Following that time period, the person can apply to have their exclusion lifted, but must first attend an Addictions Foundation of Manitoba (AFM) course on gambling and problem gambling awareness.

Please Note: This is a voluntary program in which an individual must exclude himself or herself from the Casino. We are unable to accommodate third-party exclusions. For example, a spouse cannot exclude their husband or wife from the Casino. However, if you are concerned about the gambling activities of someone you know, you can call the AFM Problem Gambling Helpline (1-800-463-1554).
